a177 Terms & Conditions — Your Complete Guide to Platform Rules

In these Terms & Conditions, the following capitalised terms shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context requires otherwise:

Members must:

All financial transactions on a177 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). a177 does not apply currency conversion fees. The PKR amount displayed in your wallet is the amount available for withdrawal, subject to the conditions set out herein.

Deposits: Members may deposit funds into their a177 wallet using the payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time, which include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, Allied Bank transfer, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits made in error by the Member are the Member's responsibility; a177 will make reasonable efforts to assist in the reversal of genuine errors but cannot guarantee recovery.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

1. The Member's account must have completed KYC identity verification before any withdrawal is processed.
2. The Member must withdraw to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
3. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page at time of request.
4. a177 targets processing of withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed on the Platform but does not guarantee completion times, which may be affected by third-party payment provider processing times, compliance review requirements, or technical circumstances beyond a177's control.
5. a177 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests of significant value, which may extend processing time. Members will be notified if additional documentation is required.

a177 offers promotional bonuses to Members from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are awarded at a177's sole discretion and a177 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Each Member is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and is a breach of these Terms.

Game content made available through a177's Platform is owned by the respective game providers and is subject to those providers' intellectual property rights. a177 is a licensed distributor of such content and does not claim ownership of third-party game titles.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, a177's total cumulative liability to any Member in connection with the use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a177's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Under a177's international gaming license, a177 is required to make responsible gaming tools and information available to all registered Members and to take reasonable steps to identify and assist Members who may be experiencing gambling-related harm.

The following Responsible Gaming Tools are available to all a177 Members from the Account Settings section of their dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Members may set maximum continuous session durations, after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Members may set maximum net loss thresholds for defined time periods. Once the threshold is reached, further play is suspended until the next time period begins.
• Reality Check Alerts: Members may activate pop-up alerts that remind them of their session duration and net position at defined intervals.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Members may activate a temporary account suspension ranging from 24 hours to 30 days during which they cannot log in, deposit, or wager on a177.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from a177. Self-exclusion requests submitted via live chat take immediate effect. a177 will not reinstate a self-excluded account before the exclusion period expires, regardless of the Member's subsequent requests.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct connected to the Member's account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when required by a177's compliance team.
• Detection of duplicate or multi-accounting behaviour.
• Confirmed use of automated betting software, bots, or prohibited analytical tools on the Platform.
• A Member's request for self-exclusion or the discovery that a Member falls within a category of persons who should be excluded from a177 under responsible gaming obligations.
• Compliance with any legal obligation, court order, regulatory instruction, or request from a law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed and the Member is found not to be in breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method. Where closure follows a confirmed breach, a177 may withhold the balance pending a full compliance investigation, the outcome of which shall be communicated to the Member.

Where a change is required immediately to comply with a legal obligation, regulatory requirement, or to address a security issue, a177 may implement the change without prior notice. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date.

Your continued use of a177 following the notification of any change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not wish to accept a material amendment to these Terms, you must cease using a177 and may request account closure. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you subject to completed KYC verification.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which a177 holds its international online gaming license.
